Focus on the race.
Most platforms take 3 to 8% of every entry fee. Race Beats takes nothing. You set the price, athletes pay it, and it is yours.

Race Beats
Pay nothing on registrations
€0 commission
Race Beats is built and funded by a race organizer. The money comes from organizers who choose to add a small contribution to their event, and later from optional paid extras for larger events. A commission on entries is not part of the plan and never will be. If anything changes, you will hear about it first.
Stripe charges its usual card fee on every payment, as on any platform. Race Beats adds €0.
Questions answered.
No. If you have one, upload their results file and you are done. For a smaller race, a volunteer can time it from a phone with the built in timekeeper. And if Strava times are all you need, mark official results as not needed and the Strava results stand on their own.
No. Athletes sign up with email, Google or Strava. Connecting Strava adds the extras, like the matched ride or run, segments, race day stats and the Race Flavor card. It is never needed to enter or pay.
Your organization connects to Stripe once. Card payments go to your bank on the schedule you choose, and you see the fee on every payment up front. Refunds come out of the same balance. Cash or bank transfer entries can be confirmed by hand in the participant list.
Yes. Set up the event in minutes and import your existing participant list from a CSV file. Past results do not carry over, but new events do not need them.
